Delivery Methods

• Standard Delivery: 1-3 working days (within klang valley).
• Express Delivery: Within 3 hours (Klang Valley ONLY & depend on weather conditions). Order placed before 4pm. After 4pm delivery on next working day.

• Do we offer free delivery?

Free shipping applies to qualifying orders at least RM500 of items sold by WINELOUVRE. For orders with less than RM500, a flat RM 20 delivery fee will be applied to the order.

• Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and cancellations.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.

• Do you offer self-collection services?

Yes, we do offer self-collection service. Kindly collect your order at the following address:

• Will my order be processed during the weekend and public holidays?

Your weekend orders will be processed right on the first working day and delivery will start from then on. The same thing goes on for public holidays.

• How do you process my delivery?

Our customer service will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time before proceeding the delivery to ensure your parcel always in tiptop condition. We require you personally to sign and receive the parcel upon delivery to your doorstep.

• Do you deliver to other countries outside of Malaysia?

Due to tight restrictions and regulations, we are not able to extend our services beyond Malaysian borders. Our products are services are limited to areas within Peninsula Malaysia now.
